RT is in the heart of the Las Vegas Country Club overlooking the iconic golf course. It is an exclusive address located for convenient access to legendary resorts and entertainment areas of Las Vegas as well as shopping, business, medical and transportation facilities. About Regency Towers
What kinds of residences are available?
The 28-story Regency Towers has 218 luxury apartments. There are 1, 2, and 3-bedroom suites with floor space ranging from 1,720 to 2,620 square feet. (This area includes a wrap-around outdoor terrace that runs the full length of each suite.) Each residence has floor-to-ceiling views of the spectacular Las Vegas skyline and the mountains surrounding the valley. The building also includes Studios (584 square feet) and Duplex Penthouses (average 3,400 square feet). Your realtor is the best contact person for further details.

Security
Is Regency Towers a secure place to live?
Absolutely. There are three 24-hour guarded gates to control entrance into the Country Club Estates along with roving patrols for added security. Additionally, Regency Towers has its own 24-hour security guards stationed at the entryway to the building. Finally, RT’s property is under constant closed-circuit TV surveillance.
Amenities
What amenities are available?
Once inside the building you’ll see the RT Doorman / Valet station and a Concierge / Reception desk. The Concierge / Reception desk is staffed 24 hours a day and provides a broad range of services. What is BuildingLink?
It is an online and mobile app that enhances living experiences and communication among RT residents with management and their neighbors. This amenity makes it easy for residents to:

  • Update Guests list
  • Interact with neighbors
  • And for peace of mind, in case of an emergency, RT Management has the ability to broadcast announcements using voice, text, and email
Las Vegas Country Club Membership
Does living at the Regency Towers include membership to the Las Vegas Country Club (LVCC)?
No. The LVCC has a world class golf course, indoor tennis facility, clubhouse, and fitness center and offers these membership privileges for an additional fee. Regency Towers residents, however, do enjoy a “preferred status” as special neighbors of the Country Club and are frequently offered membership discounts and other incentives to join LVCC. HOA Fees
How do RT HOA fees compare to other Las Vegas high-rise condominiums?
Regency Towers residences boast the largest condominium living spaces available in Las Vegas. Comparing HOA fees based upon square footage, RT fees are comparable to or lower than other high-rise condominiums in Las Vegas.
Pets
Are dogs and cats welcomed?
Yes, only residents’ registered pets are allowed in the buildings. Guests are not allowed to bring their pets inside Regency Towers.
Property Viewing
May I make an appointment to see an apartment for myself?
No. For security purposes, you will need to contact your realtor to set up a visit.
Guest Accomodations
Are separate guest accommodations available on-site?
Yes. There are four hotel-style guest suites available for short-term rental. Homeowners may reserve these rooms in advance for their guests.
